Huldra Pendant

The “huldra” are fairy folk from Norwegian folklore. They lived in the mountains and had a reputation for being skilled silversmiths. They are depicted as beautiful women with cow tails who lure unsuspecting men into the woods for their pleasure. If the gentleman pleased her, the huldra would grant wishes and favors to her lover. If he did not…well, he never returned to the human world quite the same. Sometimes a huldra would fall in love with a human and it was rumored that if she married a human her tail would fall off. Huldra wives could still be a little wild even without their tails!

All pendants come with a 18″ sterling silver rolo chain. Each pendant is 1.5 inches long and is made in sterling silver.
